Need Analysis STEP 1We will work collaboratively with you (user and/or recruitment team) to gather sufficient information such as your organization culture, your business competitors as well as hiring objectives.

Defining Profiles STEP 2We will discuss thoroughly with you (user and/or recruitment team) on job description of the searched role, the technical skill and soft skill needed to be able to be successful in the role including budget that you have prepared for the searched role.

Searching STEP 3We will afterwards perform focused laser search using the information given earlier. Our sourcing capabilities is to actively tapping candidates within our network and using referrals to track down those suitable candidates for you. In addition, APG consult manage our database system professionally with updated technology to ensure that candidate search has been performing in a most efficient way to support speed on deliverables to our clients.

Screening STEP 4This process defines our success in introducing you to the best suitable candidates to your organizations. To ensure that we are able to deliver candidates in a timely fashion, we will perform initial screening of candidates before presenting any candidates to you.

Assessment STEP 5Once you have identified the candidates whom you are interested in proceeding further into next step, we will be able to perform an in depth interview assessment afterwards to ensure that we are delivering good quality candidates to our clients. In APG consult, the consultants are those with skilled expertise in performing interview assessment using competency based technique of interview. Once we have done our interview, we will be able to provide you further information in our assessment report such as candidates’ historical professional record, strengths, competency facts, achievements as well as current compensation and benefit structure as well as expectation. This will certainly help clients to make an informed decision whether or not client will be interested to meet our candidates further.

Job Offer and Negotiation STEP 8Once you have selected the right candidate for the role, we will be able to support you in performing and accelerating job offer and negotiation processes to ensure that your expectation as well as candidate’s expectation are mutually served. We will communicate openly and effectively between client and candidates to ensure that process can be done smoothly. This process can also include performing reference checks prior to job offer process if requested by clients.
