APG Consult is specializing in recruitment service particularly for junior management level until Director level. We are specializing ourselves to perform recruitment projects for several job roles such as Human Resources, Finance and Accounting, Sales & Marketing and General Management roles. By focusing our service in these levels and job roles certainly enables us to transform our knowledge and capabilities into becoming the expert in understanding our talent marketplace and introducing the right candidates to our clients as well as ability to give advice to our clients everything related to recruitment in this market.

What we do differently? APG Consult works beyond the traditional recruitment process that mostly depends on computer searching and social media advertisement. We combine understanding on what our client’s needs, industry knowledge, connections within the talent market, referrals from the talent marketplace as well as in depth interview with our candidates to ensure that we’re referring the best and suitable candidates to our clients.

Although a large part of our time is spent on successfully delivering recruitment assignments based on our expertise, we don’t try to make ourselves exclusive or uncontactable.
