Job Description:

Overseeing & responsible daily operations in the factory facility:

1. Manage, organize & coordinate all the heads of dept, so they can achieve their targets with optimum efforts (ie. Establish performance index in every division).
2. Evaluate daily reports and consolidate them for monthly meeting with management.
3. Ensuring safety protocols are followed and complying with the health and safety guidelines.
4. Putting together monthly budgets and making sure operations run within the budget guidelines.
5. Establish a good communication within and across departments, ensuring that all products manufactured to the highest quality standards.
6. Evaluate quality of the manpower and coordinate these findings with the personnel department.
7. Managing : Head of Production, Head of Maintenance, Head of Logistics, General Affairs Dept, Head of Mechanics and team members.  Approximately 150 personnels

Report to CEO (Owner).

Job Requirements:

1. Having a minimum of bachelor’s degree of chemical engineering, mechanical or industrial engineering from a reputable university is desirable.
2. Experience in the same position or minimum as deputy of factory manager with minimum of 5 years managing in related similar size industries, or 8 years managing in general chemical industries or similar industries is a must. Industry (or industries) is manufacturing facility.
3. Understands and can implement Quality Management System, HACCP and Energy System Management is a must.
4. Strong leadership and management skills, excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities.
5. A team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Capable to work in a fast-paced, budget & deadline-driven environment.
7. Proficiency in English as a second language, being able to write in a proper grammar, speak and communicate with confidence is a must.
