Job description
- Planning employee training & development strategies.
- Preparing Work Programs and Annual Budgets for employee training and development.
- Leading, planning, coordinating, and directing operational activities related to human resources including employee training and development.
- Implementing performance appraisal processes including managing performance appraisal calendars, and performance development processes.
- Working with the management team in evaluating and planning employee development needs.
- Monitoring and evaluating training expenditures in accordance with the approved budget.
- Providing recommendations to the management team regarding training and development of human resources, organizations, and issues related to ongoing processes as part of the organization’s efforts to become even better.
- Ensuring employee work results under his/her division are in accordance with applicable policies and SOPs.
- Reviewing and proposing revisions to policies and SOPs related to training.
- Conducting performance evaluations and assessments of employees under his/her division.
- Making training plans and improving employee competencies under his/her responsibility.
- Making human resource needs planning in his/her HC Division based on workload analysis.
- Perform other tasks related to other work as instructed by the direct supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the approved annual training budget.
- Ensure that the training calendar runs according to schedule and according to the approved budget.
- Review and analyze training activities according to the needs of each Division.
- Ensure smooth employee development according to the decided activity plan, both for internal and external activities.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of Company documents and information.
- Responsible for the fulfillment, management, and development of HR in the unit/dept/div.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Minimum 5 years experience as a manager/senior manager HC
- Have a good understanding of management concepts in the fields of: Training, Employment Regulations, and HC best practices in the industry
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills, and are able to think conceptually and strategically.
- Have good negotiation skills and integrity
