Sales and Marketing
Job Description:
- Accountable and responsible to assist international sales team to administer multiple product lines and encourage market segments for growth Subsidiary and others
- Accountable and responsible to design and provide innovative sales and marketing campaigns to ensure rapid increase in production and sale of products
- Accountable and responsible to develop plan, new product and implement effective international sales methods to meet all sales targets
- Accountable and responsible to analyze and implement all operational plans for reservations and ensure increase in sales and prepare required forecasts for executive management
- Accountable to make sure all account receivable on time
- Managerial Roles:
- Prepare related departmental budget as required
- Manage and mitigate risks
- Review performance and perform job related coaching
- Ensuring the compliance of health, safety and environment as per required policies
Report to : Executive Director
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in in Sales Marketing / Business Administration
- 15 years of success in managing an international sales force or distributor network within consumer goods
- Have solid experience in : Sales Trade Promo Effectiveness strategy, International Sales Operations and sales execution
- Good communication skill.
- Good teamwork skill.
- Proficient level in English, both written and spoken.
