Job Description:
Objectives of the position
- Assume overall responsibility for developing annual marketing plan for the organization
- Provide the planning and leadership to the Marketing and Sell-out department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed to meet the Business Plan
- Develop POS Excellence strategy to achieve the planned sell out business objectives
- Performance appraisal of the team, provide coaching and developing potential team members to further develop their career path within the organization
Planning and Budgeting
- Develop annual plans and budgets for the marketing/communication/sell-out/PR/ market research activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance
- Effectively prepare, use and control the annual budget for brand promotions in key dealers’ in-store campaigns
- Ensure achievement of marketing and sell out goals and financial objectives
Marketing , Sell-out, Product Strategy and Development
- Developing marketing & sell-out strategy for new and existing products in-line with the business plan objectives set out at the beginning of the financial year
- Plan, oversees, maintain, and evaluation product road map strategy for the country including launch campaign, market execution, work closely with the supply chain team to manage demand forecasts, supply planning, and inventory management.
- Establish key market initiatives and focus areas to drive sales and profit target achievement. Create programs and promotion to take market share
- Plan, oversees, maintain, and evaluation brand communication and sell out activities including localize branding materials, training, print, online/digital marketing, POSM, in-store display etc.
- Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all marketing, promotional materials and events
- Digital marketing strategies
Team Management
- Maintains a climate that attracts, retains and motivate top quality personnel
- Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team
- Supports and oversees cross-functional teams throughout the marketing department, ensuring synergies across different functions
- Provides direction, resources to the team while empowering the team within their authorized work scope so as to achieve the final objective of coaching the potential team members to success
Consumer Insights
- Develop deep understanding of target customer
- Translates insights into actionable brand marketing plans
Knowledge management
- Ensure best possible knowledge (self study, colleagues or trainings)
- Market knowledge (esp. concerning customers & consumers)
- Competency based qualification (incl. relevant compliance topics)
- IT-relevant hard & software topics (good user skills)

Managing subordinate: 1 person
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree from reputable university and with solid result of academic achievement. Preferably to have degree in Business or Marketing
- Experience in Marketing minimal 3 – 5 years, experence in management for 3 years. Industry experience in home appliances is preferred.
- Good attitude and behaviour
- Specific knowledge of both analytic and creative skills, leadership and coaching skills, interpersonal communication, presentation skills, multi-tasking ability in a fast pace working environment
