Job Description:
- Drive profitable growth and business development through sales strategy and execution.
- Increase sales and distribution of new and existing product portfolios.
- Develop and access the national GT marketing strategy to increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Gather intelligence and interpret the data to understand the current market trends.
- Write business plans for all current and opportunity general trade and modern market business.
- Holding regular business review with C Level about sales road map.
- Prepare CaPex and Opex per annually part of sales contribution.
- Setting up brand direction, short term and long term objectives and translate into sales activity.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales particularly in GT market
- Have leadership experience
- Minimum of Bachelor degree with solid educational achievement / track record.
