Responsible on the Sales, distributor, & business development of the whole Kalimantan, aggressively hunt and acquire new customers, and develop the team.
- Min. 5 years of Lubricants Sales experience, preferably in Plantation & Mining in Kalimantan.
- Good knowledge mainly in Mining & Plantation industries in Kalimantan (Market & technical)
- Good territory knowledge about Kalimantan (as a whole)
- Main expertise in B2B (account management), and have exposure in B2C as well
- Expert in Distributor & Territory management
- Excellent communication & negotiation skill
- Good leadership & team management
- Willing to do heavy travelling
- Local person (Kalimantan) is strongly preferable
