- Min. 5 years of Lubricants Sales experience
- Good knowledge in the territory assigned
- Main expertise in B2B (account management), and have exposure in B2C as well
- Expert in Distributor & Territory management
- Excellent communication & negotiation skill
- Good leadership & team management
- Willing to do heavy travelling
- Local person is strongly preferable
