Finance Business Partner

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to support business growth through strategic financial planning, commercial insights, and performance management. This role serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating financial data into actionable recommendations while driving continuous improvement across finance processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s financial planning process, including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasting cycles, and long-range business planning.
• Provide timely and insightful financial analysis to support strategic, commercial, and operational decision-making.
• Partner closely with Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and regional stakeholders to improve profitability and drive business performance.
• Monitor business performance against financial targets, identifying risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations for management.
• Lead monthly business performance reviews and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and relevance of financial reports, dashboards, and forecasting models.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives by improving financial processes, enhancing reporting capabilities, and leveraging automation to increase efficiency.
• Develop financial models and business cases to support investment decisions, pricing strategies, and growth initiatives.
• Strengthen finance business partnering capabilities by coaching and developing team members to deliver high-quality financial insights and value-added support.

Reports to: Head of Finance & Accounting (equivalent to CFO)
Team Leadership: 3 direct reports (Supervisor to Junior Manager level)

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Strong experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Finance Business Partnering. Ideally someone who has handles finance business partnering to all other departments including sales, marketing, supply chain and others.
• Proven ability to influence business decisions through insightful financial analysis.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance financial discipline and business growth.
• Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional and regional teams.
• Advanced analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills.
• A continuous improvement mindset with experience in process optimization and finance automation initiatives.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in developing and coaching high-performing finance teams.
