Finance Business Partner

Job Description:

We are looking for a commercially minded finance professional to support business growth through strategic financial planning, business performance analysis, and insightful decision support. This role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to provide meaningful financial recommendations that drive profitability and operational excellence.

This is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with the business, solving commercial challenges, and influencing decisions through financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the company’s financial planning activities, including Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Deliver meaningful financial analysis and business insights to support commercial and operational decision-making.
• Partner closely with Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and other business functions to identify opportunities for performance improvement and profitability enhancement.
• Monitor business performance against financial targets, proactively highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
• Prepare monthly management reports, financial dashboards, and performance analysis with a high level of accuracy and business relevance.
• Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and commercial projects.
• Contribute to finance transformation initiatives by improving reporting processes, enhancing data quality, and supporting automation projects.

Reporting to: Head of Finance BP

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Solid experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, or Commercial Finance.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Good commercial acumen and a genuine interest in understanding business operations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across different functions.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Experience working in FMCG, consumer goods, manufacturing, or other fast-paced industries will be an advantage.
