Business Development
Job Description:
- Driving the growth of sales in his / her area through distributors in order to achieve sales target.
- Develop business plan for his / her area, including feasibility study. defining the right RTM development strategy, acquiring new distributors if needed, product portfolio development management, actualize market potential in to sales, active to create local activities to develop brand and penetration to market and delivering marketing program for brand awareness.
- Distributor management, including manage and develop capabilities of area distributor, coordinate with distributor/ account development, delivering operational excellence.
- Develop O2O channel and expand it further.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting as per guideline.
- Ensure compliance to group HSE and business ethics policy.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree from any background
- Min 5 years of experience in sales and preferably from the same industry
- Proven experience managing distributors.
- Previous experience in key account management or trade marketing will be an advantage.
- Result oriented driven, resilient and hardworking.
- Good team worker and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Can do attitude
- Matured and able to develop priority in working.
